Hi, my good ones! 🌿 Today I want to talk to you about how I fell in love with yoga 🤸‍♀️ It's just a godsend for those who want to keep fit, but don't chase intense workouts. Yoga is the perfect balance between ease and efficiency! 💪 The coolest thing is that it allows you to feel your body in a new way, improve flexibility and endurance. Also, you know what my favorite thing about it is? It's that moment at the end of a workout when I can relax and drift off into meditation. It's like a vacation for the mind 🧘‍♀️ Meditation is my favorite part. Those few minutes of silence help to release tension, let go of anything unnecessary and just be with myself.
