Thought I'd share a nude lower body workout with you. Some days I am just too sore to go lift heavy at the gym, so I just do some light sets at home, and of course I do them naked! I have been getting alot stronger just from being consistent with it! Anyways just look at my butt and not how badly my plates need to be cleaned hahaha 😆
