We have to wait 3 months now to know if she'll need another surgery - the uncertainty has been making me anxious, down, and unable to focus...which in turn has made me more stressed out cuz I'm behind on editing, filming customs, and answering messages. Vicious cycle. Life just feels kinda heavy rn. And I haven't been doing the things I know I need to do to feel baseline like myself...(climbing, yoga, just moving my body in general).
