i had pretty bad food habits >.< lots of carbs and very little fruit and vegetables. i’ve been trying to up my intake of both stuff, so i’ve been drinking a smoothie or eating a salad at least once a day. and eating fruits as like a snack kinda thing. it’s not perfect and i still eat more carbs than i’d like, but i’m trying
it’s just hard to change years of bad habits, so i’ll take it little by little, and one day at a time xd
as long as i do good at a couple things i’m happy
