Today we are working on doing a little stretching with two fingers. I will continue to use my voice to help you relax while we prepare you to be able to take a full sized toy for me. I do want to remind you that you do not need to do any extreme stretching and all the stretching you see in this video is embellished so you can see what I'm doing.
