Mask, snorkel, fins — and I slid into the warm ocean like stepping into a silent secret.
Deeper — silence. Just the body, the breath, and sensation.
And then I saw them — the statues. Standing in a circle, locked in an embrace.
Strangely magnetic. Almost intimate.
I swam between them slowly, feeling a soft shiver.
Maybe it was the water.
Maybe it was something else.
That feeling of being small inside something so vast.
Exposed, but safe. Underwater. On display.
Watched.
And the whole time, I kept wondering —
would you dare to dive with me?
To get closer.
To feel it all… with your body?
