๐ญ I used to not like sports at all. Even the thought of doing exercise made me cringe. It certainly didn't do my body any good at all..

Everything changed when I couldn't open a jar of jam (yes, yes, it sounds funny ๐คญ) It was at that moment that I realized that something had to change. That's how exercise came into my life

I started with simple exercises on a mat. And, you know, the fun part is watching myself in the process (want to see it? Email me ๐)

The first workouts were hard: my legs were shaking, it was hard to concentrate... But breathing and calm music helped me to cope and gradually strengthen my body and spirit ๐ฌ๏ธ๐ถ
And now I try to exercise more often.โจ
