I’ve gained roughly 10 lbs and it’s affecting my content creation. I’m sure some of it is muscle but I feel most of it is not. I have trauma from being obese growing up and how I was treated. Recently when I take a video or picture I end up just deleting it and not posting it.
Just give me some time to sort this out 🙏🏽
