Halo all, that checks off day 2 of 4 at the #gym this week. Did my #back and #biceps strength routine as for my cardio. Today I took the chance to start training endurance. So I began training to #jog and so we got on the #treadmill. Now at my size even interval jogging is a pain in my ass…well knees lol. Did it as 2 minutes walking at level of 2.5 then 30-45 seconds at 3.5 jog for now. I’ll be working gradually to build it up, now it’s been so long since I tried this. I couldn’t even finish my stair master attempt later on. But it’s fine, what I did on the treadmill was fine. So what’s next for me? Well going back to my old gym schedule, so tomorrow I’ll take a rest day then back to workouts on Thursday and Friday. The beauty of having 3 open days, it allows my to have a possible rearrange schedule should the need arise. For now, time to work on my second novel, and have a nice relaxing night.
