Halo all, so that is day 4 complete. How was this #legday? Well there was good notes to this workout  The first being this was the first week back to a consistent schedule, the second was the squats. Highest weight and most positive impact on my heart rate. Now what were the bad parts? Well first was the hip abductors, I was able to use the exterior one, but the machine that focused on the interior  thigh, that was the problem. Sadly my stomach made it hit I just couldn’t close the machine properly. So was a no go on that one. The second bad part, was the #treadmill, I had what felt like a pulled muscle in my right lung. Had to take a break for like 30 seconds during it to catch my breath. Aside from that I got a great calorie burn, got a lot of #activeminutes, and felt even better about being there. So what’s on the weekend plans? Well now I’m probably going to hit a swimming pool, and get time in a hot tub.
