Halo all, that was another great workout at the #gym. We started the week with #shoulders/#triceps for strength and wanted to do another #jogging training. So how was the workout? Well as far as the jogging went, I didn’t get as many running sets. So I put it in a higher incline and finished most of the time on it. As for the strength training the only thing that I wasn’t thrill about was the skull crushers as it was a little sore in the right arm. Aside from that it was an awesome start to my day. This completing first workout of the week and got to say it feels like a beautiful day.
