Halo all, well that is another #chestday done. So what’s are the bad parts? Well first of all during the #bemchpress after every set my friggin head was spinning. No idea why, just felt like my skull was in a spin cycle. And for the assisted push ups I couldn’t get as good a dip as I wanted. But, for both exercises I made it through 6 sets so I’m happy with that. Now for the part I was really hyped about, an extra 10lbs was added to my bench so my climb back up is going great :). Almost to 100lbs so recovery is coming along 😁😁😁. Now after the dog walk and time in the #gym. I’m feeling pooper but satisfied with my time today. So it’s off home to rest and get ready for tomorrow.
