Halo all, so here we are for the Monday #weighin. So how are we starting this week? We start at 324.8lbs which isn’t horrible. I mean I still get bothered whenever there is a weight gain but still working on not letting it get me down. I’m enjoying the new levels of energy I have these days. I feel more accomplished, and with new morning routines helping me. I do #meditation, and use the #dumbbells for some bicep curls to start the day. I did have a very shitty night sleep so even with that I’m having a low energy start. For now I’m getting ready to start my week. I have work on my second #novel, sending out more #resumes, and just more adulting.
