Halo all, it’s Monday and here we are ready for another #weighin. So what was the result? I’m weighing in at 317.8lbs so 0.2lbs up from last week. Now it’s not as horrible as it could’ve been. I mean given that (and not proud of this) I didn’t hit the gym last week. In fact I only did 4 #walks and. One of them with the dog. So while yes it could’ve been a lot worse, it also could’ve been a lot better. I spent more time working on my second book, which don’t get me wrong I do want to focus on. But, I need to stop slacking on my fitness training. For now let’s not make any grand plans, or trends and challenges. Let’s just focus on the basics and getting back to work. So time to start my week and get to work on improving myself mentally, physically, and financially. Hope you all are having a great start to your week.
