Halo all, this was an interesting trip to the #gym. So I tried the swap up with cutting sets and reps and doing heavier weight. While I know this is more than likely optimal for strength. Something in my brain won’t shut up. “You can do more sets, you can do more reps” and I’m trying to ignore it during this #workout. For now, I went with it. And made this workout as good as I could. I’m satisfied with what I made out of it. Did #shoulders/#triceps today and I’ll try it out on other workouts this week.
