Halo all, so it’s Monday and it’s time for the weigh in. Now, what do I start the week? I’m up…but only .02 of a pound so now I’m at 296.4lbs which isn’t terrible. I’m happy to be below 300, I’m just stuck in a 1lb bracket. I know the reason though, it’s lack of physical activity. I mean it’s just mean being out of the right mindset. I’m just in a funk and I can’t even find the right words to defective why I am or why I’m feeling this way. Food is something I’m getting a better relationship with. For now I just need to focus on getting more active.
