Halo all, so we got the second workout of the week done. Did the gym and got the treadmill to start the time. And I’m happy to say I was able to add more weight on a couple of exercises. Now I’m hoping for my bloood donation tomorrow, and even if I’m unable to donate. I’ll still be in the gym either way for legs, so time to head home and work on book 2.
