How many reps did I do with the 35 lbs (16 kg) each arm did I get after my 2,5 hours back and biceps ? 😈💪🏻
My forearms was killing me from the pump🥵🔥
And damn I sound like a crazy bear 🐻 grunting and growling 👽
I don’t normally do cardio with my biceps but it was fun anyway 🤩
Wondering if I could do more if I hadn’t killed myself already ? 🦍💪🏻
