Indulge in a Sinfully Delicious Bacon Broccoli Onion Quiche!

This is breakfast decadence at its finest... flaky, buttery crust cradling a rich, creamy filling loaded with crispy bacon, tender broccoli, and sweet caramelized onions. Every bite is pure, unapologetic pleasure.

Want it even more luxurious? Swap in gruyère, add a drizzle of truffle oil, or crown it with a dollop of crème fraîche. I have literally just used left over taco meat or really any leftovers veg or meat. This is a great vessel for ANY leftovers, this recipe is just leftovers from that days cooking. Go ahead... treat yourself. You deserve it.

Bacon Broccoli Onion Quiche

Ingredients:

1 unbaked pie crust
½ cup chopped bacon
½ cup onions, chopped
1 cup frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
5 eggs
1 pinch of salt & pepper

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Place the pie crust in an 8-inch greased pie plate. Set aside.

3. In a medium skillet, cook the bacon and onions over medium heat until bacon is lightly browned and onions are softened.

4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs until well combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.

5. Add the cooked bacon and onions to the egg mixture, stirring to combine.

6. Arrange the cooked broccoli in the prepared crust. Pour the egg mixture over it.

7. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown and a fork inserted into the middle comes out clean.

8. Let the quiche cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
