Hey all! I'm sorry for the radio silence the past two weeks, long story short I was hospitalized over a hernia and am recovering. It still hurts but alot less then it did. I still am having g trouble moving around with out pain so I havnt been able to make any videos I do hope you guys forgive me

I am sorry that I have been gone for a while. I have been in and out of the hospital the last few weeks. /i have my last surgery scheduled for next week then I will be back to work!
