I had to go to the emergency two days ago. I have muscle spasms at my lower back and it is pulling on nerves on my spine. The pain is more than I can handle even with pain meds. Doing daily tasks and even moving hurts so bad because the muscles locks into place. Please be patient with me until I recover, doctor said it would be about a week. Ily all. ❤️
