Big breakfasts like this have become so normal to me that I’m unsatisfied if I get anything less. Every time I have a binge like this it increases my appetite and changes what a “normal” meal is for me. It causes me to fall deeper into the gaining cycle of becoming hungrier and therefore fatter 🤤 These two photos are from my college days when the shirt fit properly 😳I also have a longer results video of this binge that I will upload soon :-)
