I got some new workout stuff from Jayflex over Kickstarter. I didn't know where to put the extra screws that came with it 😛
I'm not sure how to use any of this and I've been struggling with motivation lately 😬 I lost a lot of strength from earlier this year. Anyone got any tips for getting back into working out? 😘
