It may not be obvious at first, but I've been trying to go to the gym recently, build up some body mass cause I'm a little on the anorexic side. Stopped by planet fitness on the way to work for a quick workout, 30 chest press, 30 shoulder press, 20 lbs for both cause again, weak.
