Hello,

Cyd here! I unfortunately swam right into the side of the pool late yesterday evening and I've been up icing and assessing myself since. As we know, the brain is very sensitive, and with my history of past injuries, I will be taking the week to rest. Effective immediately, I am on bed rest and can't look at screens for too long. I apologize and I appreciate you very much. Thank you for your understanding on this matter. Please be patient with me and stay Cexy ❤️ I will be good, but I must put my health first and listen to my body (and mom lol).
