My body has changed during the pandemic for a number of reasons, and I'm currently doing what I can to embrace it and allow myself to be gentle with my body. Accepting being fat has become easy for me. But accepting getting fatter, has proven to be an unexpected challenge that sometimes feels a bit like starting over again.
