Should a woman always wear makeup?

^^ I appreciate naturalness, but I also like to wear makeup. When my friend and I met for coffee, I didn't wear makeup. She told me "it's indecent for a girl to leave the house without makeup." She really does wear makeup always. At that moment, I felt awkward around her >.< What do you think about this? Should a girl really always wear makeup?
