tested positive for covid this morning 😔 I feel absolutely awful. I slept all day yesterday and I'm still tired today. Body aches have been the worst part of it so far and the congestion has just started. I have no idea how long I'll be out of commission for considering I have auto immune issues. Any tips at all during this time would be extremely helpful. fingers crossed I start feeling better soon 🤕
