Don't look at the pictures if you are sensitive.
The last few days I didn't feel really good, my body reacts allergic to something I do, or eat or on any of my rather new supplements. My appetite was super low and I lost 15 lbs in just over a week... don't ask me how this works. Could cell water, or be water retention or something. I now take Cortisone and have to carefully monitor my sugar as Cortisoene spikes the sugar up. I hope this is soon over. its itching like crazy.
