Do you have your own healthy morning habits? Now one of my favorite morning rituals is to cook roasted vegetables🙈 Light, full of vitamins and fiber, they give you energy without overloading your body! And the very process of cooking makes me wake up and enjoy myself💕
For me, it's especially important to maintain balance - both physically and emotionally. Simple but healthy meals like this help me feel light, stay toned and look fresh. It's also just delicious - especially with olive oil and a pinch of my favorite spices🤤
