Acrobatic Yoga:
1st video: straddle up handstand to straddle V down slowly, to back bend kick-up to kick over to splits, then elbow arm handstand to staggered leg pose to straight leg split pose down to the splits.
2nd video: steady up handstand to handstand toe to head touch, hold for a few seconds, come down to handstand split and stagger to come down down into the splits.
