Quite the journey so far on my Amtrak's Southwest Chiet. I got woofed at by a handsome conductor as I was boarding the train. I was flattered and interested, but I stayed respectful. Then I noticed he left his hat on one of the empty seats in my car (adorned with a bear flag pin). So I summoned the courage to drop him a note with my number. And he wrote me back! Cruising the old fashioned way, on a train no less. Still got it. Here's to 50!
