I got a haircut yesterday 😏🙌🏻 But more importantly.. today was interesting 🙌🏻 I had a busy work day planned today that ended up getting canceled 🤷🏼♀️ Lucky for me 😅 because my hands and back have been bothering me a lot lately… So! I decided to take advantage of this small opportunity to have a much needed R&R day 🤗 it included lots of food, a massage and a pedicure 💆♀️ I have to remind myself constantly that it’s ok to sit for a moment and relax 😩 “you can’t work 24 hours a day” is said to me a lot by people close to me 😅 so, if this does anything.. I hope it inspires you to treat yourself with something small or take a day off like I did 🙌🏻 Just don’t forget to “Live” 👌🏻
