I finally made it back to the gym after too many months. Physical therapy, being a new puppy mom, and just life in general has gotten in the way of my gym time. But my doctor says that it’s important for me to get back to working out regularly 🙌🏻 So here I am 😅 pushing through and figuring it out as I go 😌 I hope you are working on you when you can because no one else is going to know your body better that you 😏 I hope you have done something positive for yourself this week and if you have I would love to hear about it in the comments!
