Tell me one thing you did for yourself this week 😊
Forget those old ideals that tell us to sacrifice our own needs and suffer for others happiness 🙃 We must not forget to take care of ourselves 🙌🏻 especially if we want to serve others ☺️ you can’t help someone up if you are lying on the ground next to them 👌🏻
