Day 18! I worked on fall damage today π I know that seems like a silly thing to do.. but as you get older your body becomes less flexible and is more easily injured π€ Iβm so clumsy that Iβm just one good fall away from a major injury π so I am trying to work on the flexibility in my knees, ankles and hips so that when I have to jump or land to catch myself itβs a lot easier on my body ππ»
I also did a little work on arms and some cardio to finish off my day πͺπ» What did you do for your body this week?
