Guillain-Barré syndrome. Debilitating and very painful. Up to 10% of patients pass away from it and add skin cancer and a super weak immune system and yeah. No bueno.
Unfortunately it doesn’t undo the past. Nothing does even though my family seems to think it does. I got physically sick when I saw a picture of only the back of my moms head after my sister gave birth two years ago. Soooooo…nope for me.
