For some reason I experienced a lumbago out of nowhere today when I was cleaning my apartment after work.. It even got to the point where I couldn’t walk properly and had crazyyyy amounts of pain for 5 minutes.🥺 I ended up driving into the hospital to get 2 injections from the doctor who said it’s gonna reduce the pain to almost 0 which I didn’t believe at first. I guess he was right because the moment I got into the car for the ride back home the pain was almost gone entirely and now I‘m close to normal again.. but still a little bit afraid of bending over😅🍑. I hope you never experienced that yourself, but let me know if you did because it might help? Apart from that, how’s your Tuesday going?🍀
