I love food with character - Georgian with its spices, vibrant Asian and cozy Italian. My favorite Asian dish is pad thai with shrimp and tom yum with coconut milk and lime - spicy, fragrant, like a journey in a cup 🍜I love cooking, but unfortunately I do it very rarely, I like the feeling of cooking, it's a kind of meditation for me! Kitchen is my creative island: I love experimenting with flavors, looking for new combinations, adding my own notes to classic recipes. My favorites are seafood bowls, avocado toast, pasta bolognese. 🍤🍝 I eat consciously, but delicious is sacred. Fruit, chocolate and a cup of green tea are my daily rituals of joy. 🍫🍵Can you tell me your favorite dish?
