05.31.25—Migraine Status
Another bath, another day… the migraine was real. The last three days were very long. My friend helped me fix my car on Friday, and what we thought was going to be a 30 minute job turned out to be a five hour event! I warned him that I had heard bad things about the Ford engineering. It was real, but I am very grateful. My car stopped making the noise that was stressing me out—especially with that long commute to work.
Also, I noticed that I usually always get a headache after dying my hair. And I think it may have to do with the chemicals and heavy metals in the hair dye. This, in addition to the stressful three days, may have been a contributing factor to my tension migraine.
