I lead a pretty active lifestyle but here is the core workout I prefer to do twice daily followed by a 1/2 mile run in addition to my other physical activities. This post features a squat workout (naked of course) instead of the run because I have a dislocated rib that running exacerbates... and this may be my last twisty core workout for a while also due to said rib, at least until that heals.
