Pausing my skate to flex.
I've been skating 1.5 hours most days as I make my way through 75 Hard. I also am running and doing weight resistance training.
I'm sure if you've been here a minute, you've seen the transition. Hoping to do some lift and carry videos the next time I see jimmy, before I crush his head with my thighs.
