Hi guys lol so I sprained my ankle yesterday I literally just leaped off a rock outside and landed on uneven ground and just rolled my ankle completely! I have really weak ankles and I’ve already sprained this ankle before so yeah🥹 I haven’t been feeling that well so I didn’t make a video this week for you guys but I should heal up pretty fast it wasn’t that bad of a sprain 💗 I’ll definitely be doing lots of content early next week!
