It's hard to appreciate the slow progress when you see yourself all the time, waiting for the next vein to appear, a more defined striation, shirts fitting not quite the same as the last time you wore them. But on some days it really hits me how much I changed and what I turned myself into thus far compared to where I started. It's an amazing feeling. But it also makes me hungry for much, much more.
