A fact about me 🏋️‍♀️

I work out at home every single day. Usually it’s 4–5 strength training sessions a week, and on the other days it’s stretching or some time with my foam roller 🤭

First of all, it’s a huge plus for my mental health. During workouts, the body releases those steady “happiness hormones” — the ones that build up gradually and last longer in your system, improving your mood and overall well-being 😉

And honestly? There are days when I really don’t feel like working out, hahaha 🙈 But once I start, I actually begin to enjoy the process. The most important thing for me is to approach it not with pressure or by forcing myself, but with care. I tell myself: “you don’t need to push to the limit, just do what you can — and that will already be better than nothing.” And it really works. It’s so important to remember to be gentle and kind to yourself 💞

And of course, a big bonus for me (and for you too, I guess 😏) are the changes in my body 🤭❤️😈
