Technology and digitalization - is it heaven or slavery? 🤖💻

On the one hand, they offer us incredible opportunities: instant access to information, communication without borders, automation of routine tasks. ✨ Everything has become faster, easier and closer. But on the other hand, aren't we becoming addicted? The constant notifications, the endless race for likes, the feeling of needing to be connected 24/7. 😶 Sometimes it feels like technology is controlling us, not us controlling them.
