I still have food on the brain (shocking I know) and I was wondering, what's the best street food you've ever had? I once had these Chinese cumin lamb skewers that were incredible, and the other thing I think of instantly is taiyaki. I desperately want to visit Asia, cause I love the concept of street food. The maximalism of the west has kind of destroyed specialization, and I adore how some food carts and stalls make and sell 1 thing only, and do it incredibly well. It's so cool how a family might have been making this same dish in this same spots for generations, and that focus on one dish, I think at least, makes it so special
