Everyone has their own way of dealing with a bad mood or a tough day..
Mine is the gym😌💪🏽
I just show up, put on my music, start moving - and that’s it🙏🏼
After a couple of hours, it’s like all the noise in my head is just... gone
I leave the workout feeling lighter, calmer, more grounded..
My little kind of magic🥰
