Meditation teaches not to run away from thoughts, but to observe them. Don't drown out emotions, but live them. Don't fight with yourself, but accept. This is not about "calming the mind.". It's about seeing how it works. And gradually —not letting him control me. 5– 10 minutes a day can change a lot. Calmness. Awareness. Contact with yourself. Meditation — is not something distant. This is the practice of returning home — inside yourself 🙏🙏🙏
