Love your body like a lover. Stroke it, explore it, know every inch—because that’s how you catch what doesn’t feel right. Whether it’s a lump in your testicles, pain in your pelvis, or something just feeling off, don’t ignore it. Your pleasure depends on your health. Your orgasms, your stamina, your drive—it’s all connected to how well you treat your body.
Touch yourself often—but not just for pleasure. Make it part of your health check. Talk to your doctor as openly as you talk dirty in bed. Let’s normalize men discussing erections, fertility, prostate health, and mental health.
A strong body. A sharp mind. A satisfied sex life. That’s real masculinity. That’s real self-care. Get tested, get checked, and don’t let shame keep you silent. Because a healthy man is a hotter man.
I recently had my yearly physical and my urinalysis showed I had a microscopic hematuria. I tested negative for chlamydia and gonorrhea. I also informed my doctor of slight pain and discomfort in my testicles and that I felt something of a lump or swelling. I recently had a CT urogram and a scrotal ultrasound to determine the cause of both issues. No matter if it turns out to be something not serious, if you're concerned about something talk to your doctor right away. Results will be known in about a week.
